I had heard good things about the auto repair shop in town, so I decided to give it a try when my check engine light came on. The customer service was top-notch! The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to go through the diagnostic results with me in layman's terms, which helped me understand what was going on. They even went above and beyond to check my tires and fluids without charging extra. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 is because the wait time was a bit longer than I anticipated. However, they made it up with their exceptional service. Overall, I left feeling confident in the repairs and will definitely be returning for my next service. Plus, they have a great loyalty program that I’m looking forward to taking advantage of!
